Yes — getting to us couldn't be easier.

There is on-street parking available directly opposite the store, as well as a free public car park just a one-minute walk away.

If you need any help finding us before your appointment, please don't hesitate to get in touch.


Yes — The Bridal Story is fully wheelchair accessible.

We offer step-free access throughout the store, accessible changing areas and a disabled bathroom to ensure every bride and their guests can enjoy a comfortable and welcoming experience.

If you have any specific accessibility requirements ahead of your appointment, please let us know.

We'll always do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your visit feels relaxed, seamless and enjoyable.

Absolutely.

You're welcome to take photos throughout your appointment — we're not here to police the experience, we're here to help you enjoy it.

That said, we always encourage our brides to be present in the moment and fully immerse themselves in the experience. Sometimes, stepping away from the camera can help you focus on how each dress makes you feel.

If you find the one, we've built plenty of time into your appointment to celebrate, capture photographs and create memories with the people you've chosen to share the moment with.
