No, we don't charge a booking fee.
At The Bridal Story, we believe personalised bridal care should be the standard.
Your appointment includes dedicated one-to-one styling, access to our collections and expert guidance designed entirely around you.
Our focus is simple: creating an experience that feels thoughtful, personal and unforgettable from the moment you arrive.
If your plans change, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another bride.

IS THERE A BOOKING FEE FOR APPOINTMENTS?
Our bridal appointments last 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore our collections, discover your style and enjoy a relaxed, personalised experience with one of our expert stylists.
If you find the one during your appointment, your experience doesn't end there.
We reserve an additional 45 minutes for our signature aftercare experience.
Because finding your dress is more than a decision; it's a memory you'll carry with you forever.

HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?
We understand that, sometimes, bringing children along to your appointment can't be avoided, and they're always welcome at The Bridal Story.
That said, we encourage brides to enjoy their appointment as an opportunity to relax, be present and fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Our showroom has been thoughtfully designed as a calm, intimate space, and many brides find they get the most from their appointment when they're able to focus entirely on finding the dress.
If you do plan to bring little ones with you, we kindly ask that they remain supervised by another member of your party throughout your visit.

We recommend booking an appointment to ensure you enjoy the full The Bridal Story experience.
By reserving your appointment in advance, we're able to reserve you one of our private showrooms and ensure a member of our team is available to provide personalised styling and guidance throughout your visit.
If you're passing by, you're always welcome to pop in. If we have availability, we'll be delighted to help.
However, as weekends are often fully booked, we can't always guarantee a walk-in appointment.
