There are no guest limits at The Bridal Story.
Choosing your wedding dress is a moment you'll remember forever, and we believe you should be able to share it with the people who matter most.
Whether you're bringing one special person or your entire bridal party, our spacious showroom has been thoughtfully designed to welcome your guests and create an experience that feels relaxed, personal and truly yours.
After all, it's your story — and the people you choose to be part of it should be there to celebrate every moment alongside you.

Absolutely.
While we can't carry every gown from each of our designers, we may be able to arrange for specific styles to be loaned into the store for your appointment.
Loan gowns are requested directly from the designer and are subject to availability, so we can't always guarantee that every request can be accommodated.
A loan fee of typically around £100 per style, may apply depending on the designer. This covers the cost of shipping and is fully redeemable against the purchase of any gown from that designer should you say yes.
If there's a particular dress you've fallen in love with, get in touch with our team and we'll do everything we can to help bring it to The Bridal Story.

YOU CARRY THE DESIGNER I LOVE BUT NOT A PARTICULAR STYLE. CAN I STILL GET IT?
Our collections range from £1200 - £4500
Our sample gowns range from a UK size 8 to 28, and all of our designers offer a wide range of sizes, with most gowns available to order from a UK size 0 to 30.
Our in-house collection, HÉRITAGE, has no size limits, allowing us to create a gown that's truly designed around you.
During your appointment, your stylist will carefully select gowns to help you visualise the perfect fit, regardless of the sample size you're trying on.

ORDERING
Personalisation is at the foundation of what we do.
Every designer we partner with is carefully selected for their craftsmanship, quality and design flexibility, allowing us to offer a more personalised approach to bridal.
From adding sleeves and changing necklines to creating detachable elements or incorporating meaningful details, many of our gowns can be customised to reflect your vision.
Our in-house collection, HÉRITAGE, offers complete creative freedom, with every design able to be fully customised to create a gown that feels uniquely yours.
The level of customisation available will vary depending on the designer and style, and any additional costs will always be discussed transparently before any decisions are made.

Our collections are continually evolving, with new arrivals, exclusive styles and limited-edition pieces arriving throughout the year.
We also believe that some of the magic happens when you step into the store and explore styles you may not have considered online.
If you've seen a particular gown or designer you love, we'd be delighted to let you know whether it's available in-store ahead of your appointment.
